The Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Foundation needed to tell the story of their 10-year grant program, the Innovation Fund for the Uninsured, including its history, goals, impact, and relevance to health care delivery reform efforts happening today. The 20-page report design evokes forward-movement and innovation, and we shot photography at five featured grantee sites to illustrate the stories of these health care Innovators.
